What to expect, honestly

This is a founding publication run by a small editorial team. A real person reads every message, which is the good part; there is no out-of-hours cover and no ticketing system, which is the limitation. If something is urgent and you have not heard back, send it again — that is not rude, it is useful.

What we cannot help with

  • Employment advice. We publish experience, not guidance. Please speak to a qualified adviser about your own situation.
  • Contacting a contributor privately. We pass a message on where the contributor has said they are open to conversation; we never hand over contact details.
  • Guest posts and link placement. Everything is commissioned through the contribution process.
